UK Standard Delivery

Orders shipped to UK addresses will be sent via Royal Mail or selected other couriers.

Please allow 3-5 working days* for delivery.

UK FREE DELIVERY

Selected products are currently eligible for Free UK Delivery. This will be indicated by a Free Delivery icon displayed next to the product.

Please Note: Our standard delivery charges are per order. When Ordering an item with free delivery alongside an item without free delivery, you will still incur postage costs.

UK Returns Paid

Orders to UK mainland addresses can be placed on our Returns Paid service. For an extra 99p per item, you can return the items at no further cost to yourself.

If you don’t take out returns paid, you are responsible for the cost of the returns postage (unless faulty). There will be a returns label in your parcel, feel free to use this to return your goods, we will deduct £2.50 from your refund amount to cover the postage.

Worldwide Delivery

Despatches outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail and their affiliated couriers using the GLS network. Please allow 7-10 working days* for delivery.

Please note: Returns paid is not available on any destination outside mainland UK.

Customs Charges

You may be liable to pay import duties from customs (applies to countries outside the European Union). Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Orders for destinations outside the EU are deducted 10% to compensate for this.

Please note delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed. We will endeavour to get your items delivered within the timescales quoted above.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, simply return them to us unworn in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

Not what you were expecting?

If the shoes don’t match your outfit, don’t fit or you’ve just changed your mind now you’ve received them you have 14 days from the day they were delivered to send them back. You will be refunded the full amount of the shoes less any postage / returns charges (see Returns Paid below).

Faulty Shoes?

If you believe your shoes to be faulty, please send them back to us for inspection using the returns label provided. If you do not have a returns label, please call customer services on 0844 844 0809 and a pre-paid label will be provided. This is not limited to 14 days, please contact customer services for more information

If the shoes are faulty, we will refund you for the order in full provided you have proof of purchase, without this we can only offer exchanges for the same product.

Wrong shoes?

If we’ve made a mistake and the shoes aren’t as ordered, simply bag them back up and send them back to us at the post office using the pre paid label. Once we receive the shoes back, we will refund the entire amount paid or send out the correct item should you still require them.

Postage refunds

If you do not have your pre-paid label and your shoes are faulty / you took out the returns paid option, please call customer services on 0844 844 0809 to request one. Please note we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred due to non use of the pre paid label unless agreed by Customer Services.

Returns paid.

For an extra 99p per item, UK mainland customers can select Returns Paid as a shipping option. This allows you to return your items to us within 14 days at no further cost. Simply put the pre-paid label on the parcel and take it to the post office.

If you do not take out returns paid, you can still use the label to return your shoes – we will refund you the amount paid less £2.50 to cover the cost of the return. If you use your own returns postage, we will refund the full cost of the shoes.

Please note, the returns label is only valid for the order it was originally sent with. It is non-transferable.

Receipts

Please make sure you get a receipt when you post your shoes back to us. If the shoes go missing and you do not have a receipt, regrettably we are unable to process a refund.

When do I get my refund?

You will receive an email when your return item has been processed indicating the amount to be refunded. The refund will be sent back to your card at this point. Depending on banks, this can take 3-5 working days. If you paid by cheque, we will send you a letter along with your cheque when your goods are processed.
