How to place an order

We have designed shoe-shop.com to make your shopping experience as quick and simple as possible. For ease of use, our product is now split into 2 sections – Fashion and Classic/Comfort to allow you to find the styles you require.

You can select styles by brand or department by following the links across the left and top of the screen. Our search facility will allow you to search on specific information such as brand, shoe size, colour and price range.

Once you have found a product that you wish to purchase, select the colour and size you require and press the “Buy Now” button to add the product to your basket.

Your item will now show in the basket, from here you can choose to continue shopping and select more items to purchase or checkout now to proceed with your order.

If you are already registered with shoe-shop.com enter your email address and shoe-shop.com password and proceed to the card detail page.

If you have not registered with us before, you will be prompted to enter your postcode and house number (for UK addresses) this will fill in all your address details for you. Please note: this address MUST be the address your card is registered to. If you want to provide an alternate address, you can choose to do so later in the checkout.

Once you have entered your details and registered on our site, you will be presented with the credit card screen, from this screen, you can specify a work address as an alternate shipping address if you require. Please note: we will ONLY ship to the card holders address or a work address.

You can choose to pay by credit / debit card (Visa / Mastercard / Delta / Maestro / Solo / Electron ) or postal order. If you pay by card, we will take the money when your goods are despatched. If you choose postal order, the items will be despatched upon receipt of the postal order.

Ordering by telephone

To order by telephone, please call 0844 844 0809 and one of our staff will take your details over the telephone. Please have as much information available about the product as possible.

Ordering from the catalogue

To order an item from our catalogue, please call 0844 844 0203 with the reference from the catalogue. If you would like to receive one of our comfort catalogues, please call and we will add you to our mailing list. There is also a mail order form printed in the catalogue, should you wish to send your order via post.

All UK orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days, please allow up to 10 working days for other destinations. Orders placed at the weekend will not be placed until the first working day afterwards. Orders will not be processed and the helpdesk will be closed.
