Order Tracking

To track orders you have placed in the previous 30 days, login to your shoe-shop.com account and select order history.

If the order has been sent via Parcel Force, a tracking number will be displayed next to each item.
This number can be tracked on the Parcel Force website at www.parcelforce.com

UK orders normally take 3-5 working days for delivery.
Comfort items are generally despatched within 1 and 2 working days of placing the order.

Please allow up to 10 working days for orders placed outside the UK.
