We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, simply return them to us unworn in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
Not what you were expecting?
If the shoes don’t match your outfit, don’t fit or you’ve just changed your mind now you’ve received them you have 14 days from the day they were delivered to send them back. All we ask is that you return the goods to us, in their original condition and with the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the goods back to our warehouse, we will refund their full amount as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days.
UK mainland based customers have an option to pay 99p per pair ‘returns paid’ at point of purchase. Customers not taking out the returns paid or residing outside the UK mainland will have to pay for return postage. Should our prepaid label be used to return the goods to us we will deduct £2.50 to cover the cost of the postage, unless the returns paid option was chosen.
On return of your goods you may request replacement products, we will despatch these to you subject to availability. Your original order will be refunded and a new order placed this allows complete traceability of your orders.
Faulty Returns
For Faulty or incorrect items please contact us to arrange their return upon receipt we will either refund in full or despatch an alternative.
You will be refunded the full amount of the shoes less any postage / returns charges (see Returns Paid below).
Faulty Shoes?
If you believe your shoes to be faulty, please send them back to us for inspection using the returns label provided. If you do not have a returns label, please call customer services on 0844 844 0809 and a pre-paid label will be provided. This is not limited to 14 days, please contact customer services for more information
If the shoes are faulty, we will refund you the full amount paid for the goods plus delivery charges. provided you have proof of purchase, without this we can only offer exchanges for the same product.
Wrong shoes?
If we’ve made a mistake and the shoes aren’t as ordered, simply bag them back up and send them back to us at the post office using the pre paid label. Once we receive the shoes back, we will refund the entire amount paid or send out the correct item should you still require them.
Postage refunds
If you do not have your pre-paid label and your shoes are faulty / you took out the returns paid option, please call customer services on 0844 844 0809 to request one. Please note we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred due to non use of the pre paid label unless agreed by Customer Services.
Returns paid.
For an extra 99p per item, UK mainland customers can select Returns Paid as a shipping option. This allows you to return your items to us within 14 days at no further cost. Simply put the pre-paid label on the parcel and take it to the post office.
If you do not take out returns paid, you can still use the label to return your shoes – we will refund you the amount paid less £2.50 to cover the cost of the return. If you use your own returns postage, we will refund the full cost of the shoes.
Receipts
Please make sure you get a receipt when you post your shoes back to us. If the shoes go missing and you do not have a receipt, regrettably we are unable to process a refund.
When do I get my refund?
You will receive an email when your return item has been processed indicating the amount to be refunded. The refund will be sent back to your card at this point. Depending on banks, this can take 3-5 working days.
If you paid by cheque, we will send you a letter along with your cheque when your goods are processed.
