You may return unworn or faulty* goods within 14 days of receipt of your order. At point of purchase a 99p/pair returns paid option is available to UK customers will mean returns are free!! A pre paid label will be included with the goods.

If the returns paid option is not selected the customer can arrange their own postage or return the item(s) using the form provided at a cost of £2.99

*All goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty, a full refund or exchange will be given. This is not limited to 14 days please contact the helpdesk for more information.

We will refund in full the cost of the product provided you have proof of purchase, without this we can only offer exchanges for the same product.
